Brie De Meaux 

A reminiscence of the House of Stuart and the Auld Alliance between Scotland and France. 

A smooth & creamy French Brie, strong taste. Unpasteurised cow’s milk and traditional rennet. 

Admiral Collingwood 

A cheese of great distinction befitting Nelson’s right hand man at Trafalgar. This semi soft raw milk cheese rind is washed in Newcastle Brown Ale. This confers extra flavours as it is characteristically pink rind develops.  rennet. 

   Northumberland Nettle 

This cheese is a creamy of Gouda-influenced cheese. It is matured for 3 months which allows the subtle flavour to develop, and it gives the cheese a fantastic, well-rounded maturity. 

Mature Farmhouse Cheddar

Handcrafted in Sommerset, clothbound and naturally matured for over 12 months. A rich, buttery cheddar, creamy medium strength with fruity tang.

Darling Blue 

Mellow buttery blue cheese with notes of a savoury saltiness. Made in Northumberland and named after the world famous heroine from the Farne Islands. Made from our pasteurised cow’s milk and traditional rennet.
