Eshott Hall, one of Northumberland’s finest 17th Century houses, is a stunning venue for your corporate event. Ideally located, just 10 minutes from the A1 and only 35 minutes from Newcastle city centre, this beautiful venue offers a variety of rooms suitable for conferences, meetings, drinks receptions, team building events and private dining.

CONFERENCES AND MEETINGS

The Ballroom can be used for conferences and meetings and can accommodate 120 theatre style, 120 cabaret style, 75 classroom style and 54 boardroom style. It can also be partitioned off to create two smaller rooms. The private Dining Room is perfect for meetings, seating up to 18 around the large boardroom style table. The other rooms can be utilised for smaller meetings and break out areas.

We provide free WiFi broadband access and AV equipment for your meetings, as well as paper, pens and water for delegates.
We have a portable plasma screen, flipchart, wireless microphone, LCD projector and we can arrange the hire of specialist equipment if required.

ENTERTAINING

The elegant accommodation is certain to impress clients and includes the Drawing Room, Library, Hallway and Ballroom. The Hallway at Eshott contains a rare William Morris stained glass window and is an ideal area for drinks receptions for up to 100 guests. The Drawing Room and Library open off the Hallway and provide stylish décor for smaller gatherings. The Ballroom has full length windows opening into the gardens and has a capacity for 120 guests for a dinner or drinks reception. The Hall also has a private Dining Room, with a table seating 18, wonderful for more intimate dinners.

TEAM BUILDING

Eshott Hall has grounds suitable for a variety of team building activities. These activities create a fun atmosphere for your team, while motivating and inspiring them. Activities can include archery, treasure hunts, problem solving tasks and team challenges.

OVERNIGHT ACCOMMODATION

Eshott Hall has 11 bedrooms, all of which are individually designed to the highest standards. All have en-suites and luxurious furnishings and décor. Special rates can be offered for corporate guests wishing to book residential conferences.

We pride ourselves on providing excellent food, with seasonal and local ingredients. We offer everything from à la carte meals to hot and cold buffets, canapés to barbecues. We work closely with you to create a menu suited to your requirements and are happy to advise you on wine choice.
